Columbia, CA — Columbia College has been recognized as the “Best College” by the highly regarded Readers' Choice Awards, drawing in over 95,000 votes from residents of Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. This prestigious accolade, awarded by the community, celebrates the college’s unwavering commitment to quality education, workforce development, and community impact.
The popularity of the Readers' Choice contest has skyrocketed in recent years, with community members enthusiastically participating to acknowledge the institutions, organizations, and individuals making a difference in their region. Columbia College’s recognition as “Best College” confirms its essential role in the local community and its continued dedication to serving students and the surrounding area.
Dr. Lena Tran, President of Columbia College, expressed her gratitude for the award and the active community support that made it possible.
