    The Peaks at Columbia College


    Located right on campus at 11800 Columbia College Drive in Sonora, CA. The Peaks offers a convenient and supportive living experience for student residents.

    The community features four three-story buildings, with all apartments designed as two-bedroom, one-bathroom units. Students can choose to share a bedroom with a roommate or have a private bedroom while sharing the common living spaces. Depending on the setup, each unit houses between two and four residents, with space for up to 155 students total.

    At The Peaks, students are supported by a live-on Residence Life Coordinator and four Resident Assistants who help build community and provide resources throughout the year.

    Students can apply for either an academic term or a full-year lease. Housing costs include:

    • Bedroom furnishings
    • Dining table and chairs
    • Living room couch and entertainment center
    • All utilities
    • Internet access

    Additional amenities include on-site app-pay laundry and a recreation room available to residents.

    What to Bring

    Students are responsible for bringing their own:

    • Bedroom/Bathroom Supplies: linens, hangers, towels, toiletries, storage containers
    • Kitchen Supplies: microwave, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, garbage can, storage containers
    • Cleaning Supplies: vacuum, mop, broom, sponges, cleaning solutions
    • Living Room Items (optional): coffee table, end table, lamps, rugs, or additional seating
