Located on campus at 11800 Columbia College Drive, Sonora, CA 95370, the college offers
a live on experience for students interested in housing. The community features four,
three-story buildings, and all apartments are two bedrooms with one-bathroom. Students
have the option to share a bedroom with a roommate or live as single, and therefore
the maximum number of residents per apartment are four. This facility houses up to
192 students. There is a live on residence life coordinator, as well as four resident
assistants.

The Fall 2025-2026 application will be available on April 7th, 2025. The price for a double occupancy room is $745 a month, while a single occupancy room
is $1,230. You will have the option to apply for either a fall semester, academic
term, or full year term. Pricing includes bedroom furnishings, a common area dining
table and chairs, living room couch and entertainment center, all utilities, as well
as internet. There is also onsite laundry and a recreation room that is open to residents.
Living Room Supplies – coffee table, end table, lamps, rugs, or sofa chairs.
