A: The Mobile ID is your official student identification card in digital format. You can access it via your smartphone using the TouchNet 360U app.

Q: Why is Columbia College switching to Mobile ID?

A: The Mobile ID enhances convenience by allowing you to access your ID on your smartphone anytime, anywhere. It also aligns with upcoming improvements, such as the ability to load funds for campus purchases in Phase II.

Q: Do I still need my physical ID card?

A: Students with smartphones should use the Mobile ID. However, if you don’t have a smartphone, you can pick up a physical ID card at the Business Office during office hours.

Q: Will the physical ID cards still work?

A: Yes, but as part of Phase II, the old physical card system will no longer support new features. Transitioning to the Mobile ID now is highly encouraged.

  1. Download the TouchNet 360U app from your app store.
  2. Visit Student ID for step-by-step setup instructions.
Q: What if I don’t have a smartphone?

A: You can pick up a physical ID card at the Business Office during office hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
