The following Manzanita building departments will be open from 10 am to 2 pm Monday through Thursday.
- Typically, one staff member per department will be available to field questions. Limited
services are open for walk in assistance, for example with applying, answering financial
aid questions, paying your bill, gathering information about our support services,
and scheduling appointments with a counselor. These services include

Financial Aid: If you need money for college, please contact Financial Aid. This is the time to
apply for funding for the 21-22 academic year and Summer 21 funding is still available.

General Academic Counseling: Walk up assistance will include general questions and immediate support that does
not require an appointment. Until further guidance, all counseling appointments during
summer are fully remote. You can schedule an appointment with a general counselor
by visiting the counseling webpage at Columbia College Counseling Staff (gocolumbia.edu) Current students have a list of counselors in their Starfish network. Special Programs

EOPS/CalWORKS/DSPS/Dream Resource Center: open to answer general questions regarding accessing online tutoring services for
the summer, process for scheduling a counseling appointment, information on where
to find a computer, other resources on campus, and similar questions. The Hi-Tech
Center and in person counseling services are not available at this time. Special
Programs students already enrolled in a program(s) should contact Special Programs
at rezal@yosemite.edu

TRiO/MEOC: open for questions and help with scheduling an appointment for Transfer Services
(TRiO SSS) and for all college going questions via MEOC. We can also provide basic
start-up prompts for new students and schedule the rest. Application to each of the
programs can be found at www.gocolumbia.edu/trio (click on either SSS or MEOC to get to the respective applications for each program.)
Counseling appointments for all transfer services can be made via Starfish or calling
(209) 588-5066.
The Library will be open from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday for use of a computer, accessing online resources, student ID's, checking out technology
resources (Dell 3190 laptops, TI-84 calculators and Verizon hotspots), and assistance from a librarian. Additionally, you can reserve all materials, textbooks,
and other library books by visiting the library COVID services page to request items and a pick up time/date. Additional information and continued remote
services are always available via the library webpage.
The Student Center will be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 2 pm for Ponderosa Food Pantry pick up, Orientation and Campus Tours. For more information,

The college is offering in-person classes on campus and at the High Sierra Institute at Baker Station, including culinary arts, fire technology, emergency medical services, biology, forestry,
natural resources, and Tai Chi. Please see the Class Search for details. As conditions continue to improve, additional options may arise.
