CARE student must be....
An
EOPS student who is 18 or older.
Enrolled in 12 units or more as a new CARE student.
A
single parent and head of household.
A
parent of a child (or children) under the age of 14.
A
CalWORKs participant and/or receive TANF for self and/or children.
